Where in our business and other big organizations world do we purposely make room for imagination, reflection, and emergence? Even for an exclamation mark? In this respect, a little disorganization, please! Big words in long grey robes tip us off.

What’s going on in North Carolina is the rich have enlisted the middle class to declare war on the poor and fire the first shot. An angry, bitter, thinking prohibited war.

Don’t fight the system that seeks to monetize everything. Turn it to our purposes. Make it work for good. Create a market of buyers benefiting the poor, for instance. Make cash available to us all. Monetize poverty. Make the penny jar at cash registers a food drive. Change our common story.

I choose to work in ways that see the universe and those populating it as organic, in flux, communities of events with a probability arc bending toward love. This gets good done.

Goals are: ends (they stop all further action and the group disperses); measurable (are we clear about what we are measuring, why, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of measuring and whether something valuable might be forgone if we only assessed based on what we can measure?); capable of attainment (are we doing busy work or on a wild goose or pipe dream chase?); desirable for the community (Do we want to do this? For whom? Why? Who benefits? Is this more than an ego project?).

Today’s language of physics seems to be precisely vague, suggestive. Such language can be put to work in all realms of human activity to invent new vistas of human activity.

Our world is flux, is field, is field in flux. G in flux! We as our world are space, we are energy, but much more than this we are acting: no nouns, no, not even words.

I want to get close to you, see oceanically, touch the cosmos. But of course I am part of the cosmos and in that sense I am the cosmos. Even so, I want to see that I am the cosmos, to touch beyond myself.
