G*d appears to me as whole-making
=
God shows to me his whole-making aspects
:- Doug.
Conversation the vehicle
Conversation the destination
Conversation the whole
:- Doug.
Parcel are we of the wholenessing
Its offspring
Now its agents
:- Doug.
Stumblingly matter has been making
Its way from density to lightness
From mold to mind
From stub your toe to Aha
In the human stage the vehicle is conversation
It is our task to bring matter to the blinding light
We are parcel of the developing greater
—And bender of it
:- Doug.
To enter eternity you need not die
There can never be eternity
Save you bring it to this life
:- Doug.
So what if Paul Hawken, Charles Eisenstein, Alvin Toffler, Heidi Toffler, Paul H. Ray, Sherry Ruth Anderson, and all the rest are engaging in wishful thinking telling us a big change is underway? All prophets of all ages have told us the ground is shifting, a new era is coming. Their task: to bring us to our senses.
:- Doug.
Our God is living they said
What I mean by that now is
Living breathing snorting winging life
Is all about us
We, wings, fins, feet and all, are parcel of
This moving living changing all there is
This, this is holy
:- Doug.
How do you structure or explain
This which is not a thing
As it moves past you
Moves you
Calls you and all there is
Holy
Calls you out to play
Changes everything
Changes this
Makes wholes makes new wholes
This—ours—is living?
:- Doug.

Complicit in the event
The audience is
If all of us just sit here
Take it, do nothing
—Nothing’s what we getIf people stand up
Talk back,
Go and do
—What if we expect that?
Invite that?
Insist on it?
Please pass it on.

There is one life
Life is personal
It points to you
It means me
It stands in the way, demands
And invites
If we see we each
Are a part of this one life
We see we each
Are holy
:- Doug.
