Last night a shift in my thinking, subtle: I am seeing the people in the classes I facilitate and the presentations I make as old friends, same as me: we’re in this life together, helping one another, comparing notes, seeing what we can do. How did it take me so long?

Something’s afoot
in my soul

in spirit wanting to meet
us to open to
flow among

Human spirit seeks belonging because belonging sets human spirit free. This is why when we hear another tell her truth we all become hopeful.

I’m on the edge of the yet unknown. Two paths: jump, ponder. Each choice a jumping. Both choices good. The only choice that does not grow me is to walk away.
