I do have opinions
about what matters to the facilitator
but not to me
—whether the Meeting structure is adequate
—or all volunteers are being properly nurtured
This is the difference between facilitation
that has its own needs and
the kind that gives my heart
time-space to wrestle with
what is strangling me
