O!
I see God as a family
—the family of humanity—
who have hardly met
Yet when they meet
O!
And they want to meet so they can
O!

It’s about the whole
it’s about all of us
and then some
if we ignore that
we ignore the abyss under our feet
it’s about hearing
even more than listening
mind
heart
will
open to the emerging all

What is a human-centered
life-centered technology
but a creativity-centered one?

Around every circle another can be drawn
explore the world and its embraces
within every circle another can be seen
adventure, discovery—infinity of you

speak to our age’s consciousness

If I had my way, here is what I’d do to help all become more reflective, to go deeper, to do what really matters.

Die in my sleep—I would never!
I want to be there, face it square on
Die in a bed, family around—no!
I want my privacy, I want to be standing up to it
Die as my family says—no way!
They have no vote in the matter
But I ask you sir: Is this how you want your family
to spend your last days and hours
in consternation
forever to rehearse the pain
they were made to suffer?
:- Doug.
What would make your death good? Quick, fighting, pain-free, with family gathered about, alone, conscious, sleeping, something else? What would your hands, legs, body, head be doing?
:- Doug.
