Sometimes I like prose better
Sometimes I actually like the prose form better for being more evocative. More unexpected. Spirit is unexpected.

ways to get action and collaboration
The ways to get action and collaboration are new ways. So it will take sustained engaged hard work thought on our part to create them. We cannot simply mention it once to our presenters. We cannot wind it up, set it off, and forget it. People have not done this before and they need help to pull it off.

People prefer to sit in the back where they are unseen, unheard—and unengaged.

I want us to ask questions so far unasked. Questions that take all our daring to ask.

I want us to turn the model around and draw from the people, not pour stuff into their heads.

The white horse next door is prancing about from side to side, tail held high, lots of energy, running now with the other horses, the definition of frisky.
