So yes, opening and deepening is central. Why would someone want to get there? To serve. So our eye is on something larger than ourselves: the generations; the planet; life; Spirit.

Spiritual destinations can be described as concretely as say financial goals. It is a question of what one wants, what one accepts as valid and valuable and worthy. I choose Spirit. I have been afraid of saying this to people. I have long admitted it to myself. Now to express.

So this idea of opening and deepening as the destination seems central. Is it? Conversation is central to me, bedrock, the field. Opening is to conversation, is to love, meeting, gathering, which is Spirit. Opening and deepening are terms for Spirit and Let it be. So this is the destination. Communion, poking holes.

We get to our destination every meeting/gathering. Because our destination is opening and deepening.

The best service—the only—is conversation. Guessing, jumping in, will not do. We only serve—we only love—by knowing one another, being in flow with.
