Community is a power. This power arises from the betweens of us. Perhaps because of these betweens. Perhaps because of the sparks of our differences and of our intentions toward one another and our differences. A fish in the stream is presented a worm on a hook. The fish bites. The fish is hungry. . . angry at the intrusion. . . defending its nest. A human adds wants to get closer. . . merge. . . know.

What does it mean to meet? For one, it means to take in this one’s wholeness: her or his dynamic swirling around a central oneness. So you gather in what this one says, does, what attitudes displays, and note their common core. Without classifying. Only witnessing. This one. Who is this?
