This is a prime age. Each of us is at the peak of our powers to be of value to the generations. Will we?

Profound it is, this glimpse of ancestor beyond elder, whisperer without name, giving us a droplet of what our generations live on.

Three things folks can choose as we age: old, elder, ancestor. What sort of responsibility do we choose? If you want to be an ancestor, a foundation beneath the ground of the generations, it takes some intention.

Catastrophe: a thing braided, down and then in. Weaving sense of the mystery that is down beneath our daily understanding. Elders are weavers of humans’ mystery.
