For what do I grieve? Green space, buffalo, uncountable fireflies at night, butterflies long time gone, safe food, children who have to grow up without parents, without toys, without laughter, without peace, without bedtime stories, without beds, without arms or legs or eyes or hugs.
There. I have started to touch it.
I grieve that we could change this but we do not. We do not even have the will to change it. This too is my anger.
Please pass it on.

Planet revolves upon its axis simultaneously around its star spinning among a cloud of such stars while that galaxy turns with its universe—likewise living things upon that planet seek out each other for play and food and loving—moving-meeting and meeting-moving.
:- Doug.
Everything is moving-meeting
or almost meeting or shying away
ever yearning for intimacy
to be known and heard
to share essence
:- Doug.

I-Thou whispers—do we respond?
:- Doug.
Dying as we grow acquainted with it becomes giving and loving and reaching out. So live my eldering days that I am becoming friends with dying, that my dying becomes: my dying becomes me and vice versa.
:- Doug.
Eyes to eyes: gaze into one another’s essence, being, soul. This the intimate meeting all seek always.
