Rethink the world

To embrace one’s vision—be it feelings, thoughts, spiritual insights, or all these—is to rethink the world. To ask others—the world—to do so is to raise terrors of an existential order. Can we thus diversify and enrich humanity?

Not dementia: wisdom

Maybe it’s not dementia, eccentricity, quirks: maybe she or he is working on wisdom: completing, ripening, maturing.

Build a wall with wallboard

One might build a wall with wallboard—it works, it is good for most settings and most people. It is a modern way of doing things. It is not like were built 100 years ago or 1,000. It meets the needs. It is possible however to build a wall out of brick, or stucco, or ebony, if we want it to look beautiful or create a particular ambiance, or out of bars or pads if we have a certain kind of occupant in mind. Wallboard is like a Will, and ebony, stucco, brick, bars, and pads are like Trusts: more elaborate and expensive.

There is a mystery in this world
if we knew what it was it wouldn’t be a mystery
all we get are inklings

Tasting a somewhere

Tasting a
somewhere
the song
notes of
only shimmering
seven cantos
structure
glow
stems, leaves
and aware
a found poem

This conversation among and between people hides its true nature—between conversations—Conversations converse with one another and we but to make audible to be danced to be conversing

I used to see a path stretching forth

I used to see a path stretching forth
Now I see it has for me an end
I am unperturbed

Except I must get busy…
I am busy

Some B+ material

I want to go deeper and higher at the moment and for sure next week. I am worried that I will run out of things to read, to prime. So this morning I read some B+ material. I should not worry, but continue to explore, to walk into the unknown. There is much in this world.

Footprints in the Windsm # 1631–“Your days on earth may be long”

Footprints in the Windsm # 1631

“So that your days on earth may be long”
ahh, to luxuriate in a long summer’s day!
or winter’s! Like a child to watch the clouds!
but facing overnight delivery, decades of old age,
do we now ever want our days to be long?

We stand in a slow motion carnage

In the midst we stand
of a slow motion carnage
because it moves imperceptibly
we do not see
unless we look
we do nothing
as with greed we destroy
money is our god
it is god’s will
we burn our air
destroy our rain forests
enslave our babies to perversion
break our strong youth in war
