Gentle, life-generating
It is important to find essence, the part of life that is gentle, life-generating. So much of what we chase—money, clothing, houses, cars, respect, fame—melt away in the face of loving-kindness, comfort, and death. What is in these is essence we know. If we recognize it we ought seek it.
