What are the processes?

What are the processes
by which we open our hands
turn them into

    Hi Doug,

(thank you for helping me with my login confusion!)

I love these images of the open hands — especially hands as antennae, perceiving subtle shifts in the space around them, the light and scent and wind.

What are those processes by which we open our hands? Relaxing… breathing… intending… stretching… ?

You are most welcome. Glad to see you made it in.

Bumping, too. But I love your reminder about relaxing: it may be what I was seeing when I have been glimpsing “already there” the last few days.

It is so important that we see that we unfold together. We are such a rugged individualists society, that we forget there is a wholeness to the distributed wholeness…. Yes?

    I love Christy’s relax, open, intend ! ! !

Jean Houston taught us to open our sensorium by intending that it be open. Tai Chi and Yoga taught us (me) to open our Chakras by intending them open. In teaching Full Spectrum Awareness , my descritpion of being open, we asked people to intend these and to open thier minds by adopting a Yes set to life and accept with an open heart what ever comes.

My experience with this and their reported experience – was delicious and awesome

    thank you doug and Christy

    Dear Doug, and hello Bud,

It occurs to me that it might be just as easy to tell ourselves the story that we are already open (“already there”), as that we are somehow closed — then we have the choice — and I think that choosing to say that we are already open makes it much easier to “adopt a Yes set to life”

    😉 Christy
