Through slats:

Through slats: We see as through slats, through an obstructed or partial view. When we move, we see something different—but still not whole. One blind man thought the elephant like a hose; another like a tree: all see what they see, all see incompletely. All views are lacking. Many are our own thoughts writ large—and these might be larger than some views, smaller than others. Through slats we see the All There Is. We are part of this, so how could we see it all? Be still in this presence. Know. Say a whole lot less.
