My body has been rebelling at something I ate. That’s not to say the food caused it: my body may only have felt rebellious.

Look at old photos, tell a story they trigger, sing some old songs which come to mind.

Mystery: twinkle in your child’s eyes
Intimacy: hushed conversation lying together looking into the sea of stars
Poetry: saying the open hands and creaking doors of your soul
