Many movies teach

Many of the movies I have seen, put together, teach me a curious truth: the people of great wealth, power, and title often play minor roles in real life.

Let’s remind ourselves to breathe

Let’s remind ourselves to breathe. Breathing needs both inhalation and exhalation, inspiration and expiration, expanding and contracting. Politically we have entered a phase of contraction. This too is healthy. Just keep reminding us an in-breath is necessary. It will come. Breathe.

Much and more

Friend, there is much here. Perhaps indeed this is another key thought—much. Much and more. The idea of packing much into a short space stretches us. It helps us perceive, touch, be touched. This may be why my writing has lots of commas and non-commas: to pack much and more in here. Alone, this process evokes. Much and more. The world is. Embodied pattern and process. Much and more. What we perceive is much. More than we speak. Yet there is more out there we have yet to perceive. Much and more.
